Shipping Policy

HOW OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE
All of our products are made to order. When you place an order, your
item is printed and shipped through The Gelato print-on-demand network, which
produces it at the facility nearest to your delivery address. This keeps
quality high and shipping distances short — but it does mean there's a
short production step before your order is dispatched.

PRODUCTION TIME
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before they ship. This
is separate from the delivery time below.

DELIVERY TIME
Once dispatched, estimated delivery is:
  • Germany & EU: approx. 2–5 business days
  • Rest of the world: approx. 5–15 business days

So a realistic total (production + delivery) is roughly 4–10 business
days within the EU, and up to around three weeks for international
orders. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees; the figures
for your specific order are shown at checkout.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is calculated based on your delivery address and shown in full
at checkout before you pay.

ORDER TRACKING
You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and tracking details by
email once it ships, where available.

MULTIPLE ITEMS
If you order more than one item, they may be produced at different
facilities and arrive separately, sometimes on different days. You're
never charged extra for this.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is returned or
goes unclaimed because the address was wrong or incomplete, we may not
be able to recover the item, and re-shipping may be at your expense. If
you spot a mistake, email us as fast as possible — if the item hasn't
gone into production yet, we can usually fix it.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES (ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EU)
Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes or
customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the
recipient's responsibility and aren't included in the price or shipping
cost shown at checkout.
